OUR GENTAL AGREEMENT
Welcome to Mudan Noir! Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) carefully before placing an order. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
1. Definitions
Company: The operator of this online store.
Customer / You: Any individual or entity that browses, orders, or purchases products.
Products: Products offered for sale on this website.
Order: Your selection of Products submitted through our checkout process.
2. Scope & Acceptance
These T&C apply to all site visits, browsing, orders, and purchases.
By placing an Order and completing payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C.
If you purchase as a business or reseller, additional terms may apply.
3. Product Information & Pricing
Descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices are as shown online at the time of your Order.
While we strive for perfection, occasional errors may bloom. We will gently correct them to ensure your experience remains seamless.
All prices include applicable taxes but exclude shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
4. Ordering & Payment

Add Products to cart → Enter shipping & billing details → Choose payment method → Confirm Order.

Your Order is confirmed only when full payment clears.
If payment fails, we will notify you to retry or choose another method.
5. Cancellation
Once your order is lovingly confirmed, we begin preparing it with care. Should you have concerns, our customer service is here to assist you.
6. Customer Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an Order.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Impersonating others or using false payment details
Reselling without our written permission
Interfering with website operation or security
7. Intellectual Property
All contents including images, text, designs and logos are owned by or licensed by Mudan Noir or its business partner(s).
8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
We use reasonable efforts to ensure product quality and site functionality but are not liable for delays or defects caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier issues).
Products are intended for normal wear. Except as required by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied.
Slight variations in color or finish due to photography or display settings are not defects.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these T&C, prices, shipping fees, and policies at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Existing Orders remain subject to the T&C in effect when placed.
