RETURN POLICY
Return Elegance
We graciously offer a 7-day window for exchanges should your item bear a flaw from its creation. Such imperfections may include:
Obvious flaws
Incorrect specifications: Shipped items with incorrect dimensions
Style discrepancies: Receiving a design different from what was ordered
Kindly note that:
Handcrafted work may show tiny imperfections, or slight variations in dimensions.
Product photos may differ slightly in color due to screen settings.
As our products are handcrafted, slight inconsistencies in craftsmanship, finishing are part of their unique charm and are not considered defects. Variations in color depth, or glossiness may occur due to the artisanal nature of the process.
These characteristics are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
To honor a return, items must remain untouched and nestled in their original wrapping.
Items Beyond Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items damaged due to wear or misuse
Returns requested beyond the 7-day window
Refund Grace
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Kindly note that: Any transaction fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount, and we shall not be responsible for any foreign exchange loss.
